Resumen
Los cambios que se están produciendo a nivel mundial están dando lugar a que surjan problemas que afectan la labor docente. Por esta razón se planteó en la presente investigación, aplicar actividades de contención emocional y asesoramiento virtual para reducir el estrés en los docentes. El estudio se realizó con los docentes de la Unidad Educativa Fiscal “Olmedo” de la ciudad de Portoviejo, Provincia Manabí, Ecuador; donde participaron 130 docentes de diferentes áreas educativas, en edades comprendidas entre 28 a 59 años de edad, quienes efectuaron una encuesta basada en el test de Burnout para medir la escala de satisfacción laboral, observando que un gran porcentaje de los docentes, a medida de la aplicación de la contención emocional, mejoraron notablemente y lograron combatir la desmotivación en momentos de crisis.Palabras clave: Agotamiento; educación; docentes; tecnología; crisis.
ABSTRACT
The changes that are taking place at a global level are currently giving rise to a problem, problems that affect teaching work. For this reason, it was proposed in this research to apply emotional containment activities and virtual counseling to reduce stress in teachers. The study was carried out with teachers from the Fiscal Olmedo Educational Unit in the city of Portoviejo, Manabí Province, Ecuador. Where 130 teachers from different educational areas, aged between 28 and 59 years old, participated, who considered a survey based on the Burnout test to measure the job satisfaction scale, observing that a large percentage of teachers, a measure of the application of emotional restraint improved markedly, managing to combat that lack of motivation at the time of the crisis that occurs daily.
