dc.descriptionA partir del potencial agroturístico que posee la comunidad ecuatoriana Tablada de Sánchez, se planteó la necesidad de diseñar un plan estratégico para fortalecer su actividad turística. Por medio del estudio se realizó el diseño del circuito turístico; así como un organigrama para el funcionamiento de la asociación agroturística. La presente investigación pudo constatar que se debe incluir el trabajo asociativo y colaborativo como un medio para el fortalecimiento de Tablada de Sánchez para convertirlo en uno de los más importantes destinos turísticos en la provincia de Manabí, Ecuador.Palabras clave: Agroturismo; turismo natural; desarrollo turístico; comunidad. ABSTRACT Based on the agrotouristic potential of the Tablada de Sánchez community in Ecuador, the need to design a strategic plan to strengthen its touristic activity was raised. The study included the design of the touristic circuit, and an organizational chart for the functioning of the agro-tourism association. The present research was able to observe that associative and collaborative work should be included as a means in the strengthening of Tablada de Sánchez to make it one of the most important touristic destinations in the province of Manabí, Ecuador.Keywords: Agritourism; natural tourism; turistic development; community.
