dc.descriptionDesde diferentes perspectivas pedagógicas, al docente se le han asignado diversos roles: el de transmisor de conocimientos, el de animador, el de supervisor o guía del proceso de aprendizaje, e incluso el de investigador educativo. El maestro no se puede reducir solo a transmitir información sino también debe ser un facilitador del aprendizaje y mediar el encuentro de sus alumnos con el conocimiento en el sentido de guiar y orientar la actividad constructiva de sus alumnos. El papel de los formadores es el de proporcionar el ajuste de ayuda pedagógica, asumiendo el rol de profesor constructivos y reflexivos sin dejar a un lado el de motivador. ABSTRACT From different Pedagogical perspectives, teachers have been given several roles; knowledge transferees, of the animator, supervisor or learning process guide and even as an educative investigator. Teachers cannot only limit themselves to transfer the information but they must also facilitate learning; become mediators between knowledge and students by guiding their pupils constructive activities. Educators role is to provide the right pedagogical help by assuming constructiveness and reflexives methods, without lay aside a teacher motivator.
