This research establishes a framework for the design of a skid trailer for jet skis, specifying the technical specifications of the modeling. The structural platform is mainly evaluated by the finite element analysis method, determining the deformation of the model and the maximum load capacity. Assuming the modeling of the design through the use of design software, the technical specifications of the three-dimensional model are detailed through the analysis of finite elements in order to have important mechanical parameters for the subsequent construction, such as: deformations and permissible load. Specify the technical specifications of a skid trailer evaluating by means of the finite element method the mechanical behavior of the aluminum structure when supporting the weight of a Yamaha jet ski. Se evaluará principalmente la plataforma estructural por el método de análisis de elementos finitos, determinando la deformación del modelo y la capacidad de carga máxima. Asumiendo el modelado del diseño mediante el uso del software SolidWorks, se detallan las especificaciones técnicas del modelo tridimensional por medio del análisis de elementos finitos a fin de contar con parámetros mecánicos importantes para la posterior construcción, tales como: deformaciones y carga permisible. Precisar las especificaciones técnicas de un skid trailer evaluando por medio del método de elementos finitos el comportamiento mecánico de la estructura de aluminio al soportar el peso de una moto acuática Yamaha.
