AGROPRODUCTION IN SMALL AND MEDIUM-SIZED ENTERPRISES

Resumen
The current work presents a bibliographic review on agroproduction in SMEs, since today it is the basis of sustaining the food system and involves complex chains in which the actors involved from their different roles make the system in general dynamic, efficient and profitable, although not always environmentally sustainable. The human contribution in environmental transformation has achieved feats that have allowed a quality lifestyle, which depends cyclically on the repetitive, progressive, industrial and natural human activity itself. The population dedicated to agro-production is in need of forming groups, in order to later create micro-enterprises, in order to be inserted into the world of large producing companies with the same opportunities, which should not be aimed at improving their administration or production, but to take advantage of natural resources and territorial identity.

El actual trabajo presenta una revisión bibliográfica sobre la agroproducción en la Pymes, ya que hoy por hoy, es la base del sostenimiento del sistema alimentario e involucra complejas cadenas en las que los actores que intervienen desde sus diferentes roles hacen que el sistema en general sea dinámico, eficiente y rentable, aunque no siempre ambientalmente sostenible. El aporte humano en la transformación ambiental, ha logrado hazañas que le han permitido un estilo de vida con calidad, que depende cíclicamente de la propia actividad humana repetitiva, progresiva, industrial y natural. La población se dedica a la agroproducción está en necesidad de formar agrupaciones, para después crear microempresas, con la finalidad de que se inserten dentro del mundo de las grandes empresas productoras con las mismas oportunidades, las cuales no deben ir dirigidas a mejorar su administración o producción, sino aprovechar los recursos naturales y la identidad territorial.
