dc.descriptionThis work presents a literature review on agro-industrial production and food security, important issues today as the world population is increasing and will exert increasing pressure on agriculture to meet the food needs of the people, which is why the Agro-industrial production is often justified as an effective means of ensuring a country's food security, that is, that all people have access to nutritious food and are protected from hunger. Achieving food security for all inhabitants is one of the main goals of global health and humanitarian efforts. From the information collected, it will be possible to have a clearer vision about the means of impact agriculture-nutrition and in the same way, inquire about other research related to this topic. dc.descriptionEl presente trabajo presenta una revisión bibliográfica sobre la producción agroindustrial y seguridad alimentaria, temas importantes en la actualidad, ya que la población mundial está en aumento y ejercerá una presión creciente sobre la agricultura para satisfacer las necesidades alimentarias de la gente, es por ello que la producción agroindustrial suele justificarse como un medio efectivo para garantizar la seguridad alimentaria de un país, esto es, que todas las personas tengan acceso a alimentos nutritivos y estén protegidas contra el hambre. Lograr la seguridad alimentaria para todos los habitantes es uno de los principales objetivos de los esfuerzos humanitarios y de salud a nivel mundial. A partir de la información recopilada, será posible tener una visión más clara sobre los medios de impacto agricultura-nutrición y de la misma manera, indagar sobre otras investigaciones relacionadas a esta temática.
