| dc.description | The End of Career Project "Digital Arts Cultural Center" is located in the city of Guayaquil, on the northern outskirts of the city, within the Samanes Park (in a park space that is part of the 50% that is still in the discontinued phase ). After a Macro and Micro urban study of the conditions of the sector where it is planned to intervene, the following conclusion is reached:
In the sectors and perimeter areas of the City (in this case Samanes located in the northern periphery), there is a strong social condition in which young people are mainly affected (university students), because they are the ones who must cross all the city to reach its center as the final destination... | |

Tras un estudio urbano Macro y Micro de las condiciones del sector donde se planea intervenir, se llega a la siguiente conclusión:
