| dc.description | THE PROTAGONISM: A NEED FOR THE ACHIEVEMENT OF BEST SPORTS RESULTS IN VOLLEYBALLLa necesidad de potenciar una participación activa y consciente en los atletas como aspecto que caracteriza al protagonismo constituye, en la actualidad un elemento a tener en cuenta en el proceso de entrenamiento deportivo. Desarrollarlo a través del empleo de la historia del voleibol santiaguero. Muchos son los estudios realizados por los especialistas en este deporte, en su mayoría relacionados con la alta competencia, la planificación para la obtención de grandes resultados, la selección de talentos. No obstante quedan algunas brechas en cuanto al tratamiento del protagonismo que nos hacen introducirnos en el presente estudio. Para el desarrollo de este trabajo se utilizaron diferentes métodos científicos del nivel teórico y del nivel empírico, que permitieron constatar en la práctica la existencia de la problemática y elaborar la propuesta que fue valorada de satisfactoria por los especialistas consultados.PALABRAS CLAVE: protagonismo; resultados deportivos; voleibol.ABSTRACTThe need to promote an active and conscious participation in athletes as role aspect that characterizes today is an element to consider in the process of sports training. Develop through the use of the History of Santiago volleyball specially focusing on sports performance of its leading figures. Many studies conducted by specialists in this sport, mostly related to the high competition, planning for obtaining great results, the selection of talent. However there remain some gaps in the treatment of the role that made us to enter this study.
