Augmented reality is a technology with great benefits for students today, it is innovative, interactive and attracts the attention of the student. The main objective of this article is to demonstrate how augmented reality affects the development of thinking of students who are in high school. The novelty in this investigative work is to use the technology that currently exists to achieve a deeper development and learning in the students; where the reaction is analyzed in depth and how they handle the use of this technology. For the present study, a total of 15 students duly enrolled in the educational institution have been taken, through which I study how augmented reality influences when acquiring new learning, through the investigation it was possible to conclude that augmented reality as an emerging technology is being becoming a practical tool that significantly improves the teaching-learning processes of the different subjects.La realidad aumentada es una tecnología con grandes beneficios en los estudiantes en la actualidad, es novedoso, interactivo y llama la atención del educando. El principal objetivo de este artículo es demostrar como la realidad aumentada incide en el desarrollo del pensamiento de estudiantes que se encuentran en bachillerato. Lo novedoso en este trabajo investigativo es usar la tecnología que actualmente existe para lograr un desarrollo y aprendizaje mas profundo en los alumnos; donde se analiza con profundidad la reacción y como manejan el uso de esta tecnología.  Para el presente estudio se ha tomado un total de 15 estudiantes debidamente matriculados en la institución educativa, mediante la cual estudio como influye la realidad aumentada al momento de adquirir nuevos aprendizajes, mediante la investigación se pudo concluir que la realidad aumentada como tecnología emergente se está convirtiendo en una herramienta practica que mejora los procesos de enseñanza-aprendizaje de las diferentes asignaturas de manera significativa.
