This research was focused to know the reality of public and private institutions at the level of General Basic Education, where students in the course of the Covid-19 pandemic have a postponement in the teaching-learning process due to factors presented in the school environment, where the previous modality was completely virtual. The objective of this research was to describe the factors of the current situation of the students and about the consequences that exist in the strategies and resources selected by the teacher, where the learning modality at present returned in a face-to-face way and others in an assisted way. In order to determine the needs, causes and consequences caused by the resources used by the teacher, the use of some applications, strategies and scientific documents was taken as a reference, where a survey was made to the 100 students that make up the research space. The results obtained from the measuring instrument indicate the difficulties and factors presented by the students of the educational level. In addition, it will be possible to observe if the strategies and methods used by the teacher are feasible, at the moment of teaching a class and reaching the objective proposed for the teaching-learning process. All these results were obtained by the analytical, descriptive/observation method.Esta investigación se enfocó para conocer la realidad de las instituciones fiscales y particulares en el nivel de Educación General Básica Media, donde los estudiantes en el transcurso de la pandemia Covid-19 tienen un aplazamiento en el proceso enseñanza-aprendizaje por factores presentados en el ámbito escolar, donde la modalidad anterior fue completamente virtual. El objetivo de esta investigación fue describir los factores de la situación actual de los estudiantes y sobre las consecuencias que existe en las estrategias y recursos seleccionados por el docente, donde la modalidad de aprendizaje en la actualidad retornó de manera presencial y otros de forma asistida. Para determinar las necesidades, causas y consecuencias provocados por los recursos utilizados por el docente, se tomó como referencia la utilización de algunas aplicaciones, estrategias y de documentos científicos, donde se realizó una encuesta a los 100 estudiantes que conforma el espacio de la investigación. Los resultados obtenidos del instrumento de medición, nos indican las dificultades y los factores que presentan los estudiantes del nivel educativo. Además, se podrá observar si son factibles las estrategias y métodos utilizados por el docente, en el momento de impartir una clase y alcanzar el objetivo propuesto para el proceso enseñanza-aprendizaje. Todos estos resultados fueron obtenidos por el método analítico, descriptivo/observación.
