The current social demands to preschool teachers, in relation to the objective of the research, are expressed in the need to assume an active and conscious role in the updating of their improvement, that they are prepared to identify their needs. In addition, because of what the mastery of this contributes to scientific research and at the same time, that they are prepared for the improvement of psychological, pedagogical and methodological knowledge, based on self-correction; for its application from the pedagogical practice. In order to implement this social aspiration, it is necessary to know in depth the characteristics of each one of those who participate in the research; for which an integral diagnosis was applied, which revealed the contradiction that exists between the ideal level that is proposed in the training and the current level that is manifested in their professional performance, which allows knowing the situation of their pedagogical practice in the direction of the educational process in the children's circle, for the stimulation of creativity in the children of the preschool grade.Las exigencias sociales actuales a las maestras del grado preescolar, en lo referido al objetivo de la investigación, se expresa en la necesidad de asumir un papel activo y consciente en la actualización de su superación, que estén preparadas para identificar sus necesidades. Además, por lo que aporta el dominio de ésta a la investigación científica y al mismo tiempo, que estén preparadas para el perfeccionamiento de los conocimientos psicológicos, pedagógicos y metodológicos, a partir de la autocorrección; para su aplicación desde la práctica pedagógica. Para poder implementar esta aspiración social se necesita conocer con profundidad las características de cada una de las que participan en la investigación; para lo cual se aplicó un diagnóstico integral, que reveló la contradicción que existe entre el nivel ideal que se plantea en la formación y el nivel actual que se manifiesta en el desempeño profesional de las mismas, lo que permite conocer la situación de su práctica pedagógica en la dirección del proceso educativo en el círculo infantil, para la estimulación de la creatividad en los niños del grado preescolar.
