| dc.description | Cellulitis is a skin infection caused by bacteria, causing signs and symptoms such as pain, erythema, edema, abscesses with elimination of purulent and bloody fluids and hyperthermia, the most common symptomatology in this pathology that damages the skin surface and can affect up to the bloodstream. Nowadays, this type of cellulite cases appears very frequently in health activities. Infections concerning the skin and soft tissues have now become a topic of interest because they are frequently a reason for consultation. The purpose of elaborating this clinical case is with the objective of applying the nursing care process in adolescents with a medical diagnosis of cellulitis of the upper limb and achieving the implementation of nursing interventions aimed at humanitarian care in an integral way with a scientific basis so that there is an evolution positive in patient recovery.

| dc.description | La celulitis es una infección de la piel causada por bacterias, provoca signos y síntomas como dolor, eritema, edema, abscesos con eliminación de líquidos purulentos y sanguinolentos e hipertermia, sintomatología más común en esta patología que daña la superficie cutánea y puede llegar a afectar hasta el torrente sanguíneo. Hoy en día, este tipo de casos de celulitis aparece con mucha frecuencia en las actividades de salud. Las infecciones concernientes a la piel y partes blandas en el presente se han convertido en un tema de interés por ser frecuentemente un motivo de consulta. La finalidad de elaborar este caso clínico es con el objetivo de aplicar el proceso de atención de enfermería en adolescente con diagnóstico médico de celulitis de miembro superior y lograr implementar intervenciones de enfermería destinadas al cuidado humanitario de manera íntegra con fundamento científico para que haya una evolución positiva en la recuperación del paciente. | es-ES |
