This clinical case deals with a 31-year-old patient with a tibial fracture, with the objective of identifying real and potential needs, establishing individualized care plans, which have an approach to cover and solve problems, as well as prevent factors risk and cure the possible complications that arise. The nursing care process is considered a systematic and highly organized method to provide various individualized nursing care, with a focus on identifying and treating the unique responses of patients. This nursing care process focuses on being systematic because it uses an organized approach in order to achieve its intended purpose, it is also characterized by being dynamic because it involves continuous change, the same that is focused on human responses and finally It is interactive by having the changing responses of a patient, having a patient and nurse relationship. Este caso clínico trata de un paciente de 31 años con fractura de tibia, teniendo como objetivo la identificación de las necesidades reales y potenciales, estableciendo planes de cuidados individualizados, los mismos que tienen un enfoque para cubrir y resolver los problemas, como también prevenir factores de riesgo y curar las posibles complicaciones que se presentan. El proceso de atención de enfermería es considerado como un método sistemático y muy organizado para de esta manera proporcionar los diversos cuidados de enfermería individualizados, con un enfoque en la identificación y tratamiento de las respuestas únicas de los pacientes. Este proceso de atención de enfermería se centra en ser sistemático porque emplea un enfoque organizado para de esta manera poder lograr con su propósito planteado, también se caracteriza por ser dinámico porque implica un cambio continuo, el mismo que esta centrado en respuestas humanas y por último es interactivo por tener las respuestas cambiantes de un paciente, teniendo una relación paciente y enfermera.
