| dc.description | En el presente caso de estudio dará a conocer la problemática existente en la Industria Arrocera “JUNIOR “, dicha empresa situada en el Cantón Jujan kilómetro 42 vía Yaguachí – Babahoyo, tiene un crecimiento lento, con un sustento de clientela moderado, entre sus actividad podemos contar con la ventas de arroz pilado, y sus derivados como los son , arrocillo, arroz integral y polvillo, además dicha empresa oferta servicios tales como son secada , basculada, pulida, pilada, envejecimiento de arroz , entre otras . La industria cuenta con una infraestructura amplia, equipada con maquinarias para las diferentes actividades que realiza un promedio de pilada y secada aceptable en la obtención de rentabilidad. | |
