Resumen
Administrative management allows the optimization of business resources; therefore, it encompasses the development of a series of organizational activities aimed at achieving business objectives. For management to be optimal, it is necessary to prioritize a management model characterized by the phases of planning, organization, direction and control. For this reason, the objective of this case study is to analyze the administrative management of the Health Clinic located in the El Tránsito precinct, because administration influences the process of user care. The research methodology has a descriptive scope and is conformed by the empirical method, where the interview was applied as a research technique, which is directed to the person in charge of the organizational management of the health clinic under study. The results obtained in the research are: inadequate appointment scheduling process, weak organization of internal activities, poor control of the inventory of medicines, ineffective comprehensive communication and absence of medical supplies necessary to ensure a timely medical care process, untimeliness and absenteeism. Therefore, it is concluded that the administrative management is inefficient, since there is no evidence of a standardized administrative process that prioritizes effective compliance with the phases of planning, organization, direction and control.
