The present case study based on the Budgetary Execution of the Rural Parish GAD of Febres Cordero Period 2020, which the income was affected in the Public institution by the lowered budget, which prevented what was planned during the period from being carried out, the end of the financial department was to adapt a better planning of expenses for the year. Due to the low budget, the entity disclosed its problems in investments within the Parish. Within the annual organization of the GAD, it is useful to review and correct certain plans to make the investments of the most important and efficient projects for the parish. In the present investigation, as a Research Methodology, it was descriptive in nature, quantitative and qualitative data were used to have more information within the company, through an interview current information was collected from the company considering the income granted by the State to the GAD for the period 2020. La entidad debido al bajo presupuesto dio a conocer sus problemáticas en las inversiones dentro de la Parroquia. Dentro de la organización anual del GAD, es útil revisar y corregir ciertas planificaciones para realizar las inversiones de los proyectos más importantes y eficientes para la parroquia. En la presente investigación como Metodología de investigación fue de carácter descriptivo, también se utilizó datos cuantitativos y cualitativos para poseer mayor información dentro de la empresa, por medio de entrevista se recolectó información actual de la empresa considerando los ingresos que otorga el Estado al GAD para el período 2020. Para obtener mayor información sobre la Ejecución Presupuestaria fue posible obtener las partidas de las Cédulas Presupuestarias del año 2020 por parte del departamento financiero, lo cual ayuda a obtener mayor información sobre los Ingresos y los gastos que realiza la Institución.
