The present investigation has as a study context the "DIAL-RÍOS" Hemodialysis Unit, which is located with its main headquarters in the city of Babahoyo. The purpose of this research was to analyze the Administrative Management of this Hemodialysis Unit, being able to determine that it has a fairly efficient management model, which has allowed it to expand with its health service within the Province of Los Ríos. The methodology used in this research is descriptive in nature, since it shows the behavior of the analysis variables in a specific period of time. The technique used was the interview, the same one that was addressed to the General Manager of DIAL-RIOS. Through the data obtained, it was possible to show that the administrative management of DIAL-RIOS was directly affected within the context of the Covid-19 Pandemic, due to the fact that the Ministry of Public Health do has not canceled the payroll for 13 months, drastically limiting the ability to normally offer the health service to their patients.The present investigation has as a study context the "DIAL-RÍOS" Hemodialysis Unit, which is located with its main headquarters in the city of Babahoyo. La finalidad de esta investigación fué analizar la Gestión Administrativa de esta Unidad de Hemodiálisis, pudiendo determinar que tiene un modelo de gestión bastante eficiente, el cuál le ha permitido expandirse con su servicio de salud dentro de la Provincia de Los Ríos. La metodología empleada en esta investigación es de carácter descriptivo, ya que evidencia la conducta de las variables de análisis en un periodo de tiempo específico. La técnica empleada fué la entrevista, la misma que se dirigió al Gerente General de DIAL-RIOS. Mediante los datos obtenidos, se pudo evidenciar que la gestión administrativa de DIAL-RIOS, se vió directamente afectada dentro del contexto de la Pandemia Covid-19, debido a que el Ministerio de Salud Pública no cancela las planillas desde hace 13 meses, limitando drásticamente la capacidad de ofertar normalmente el servicio de salud a sus pacientes.
