The present case study is entitled: Motivation of the employees of the Oswaldo Tiñe Commercial located in the Urdaneta canton, which aims to know what are the factors that affect the motivation of the employees of the aforementioned commercial, through the use of the qualitative methodology accompanied by two data collection instruments which are, the interview that was applied to the owner of the commercial and the survey carried out on its employees.
