dc.descriptionThe objective of the research is to understand the synergy linked with the community, the sharing of learning experiences through the training of both actors in a competitive and innovative society, this work belongs to the advances developed in the project linked to society called " Promotion of entrepreneurship and innovation in urban areas of the Pedernales canton" in the Business Administration career of the Pedernales Extension, and the interaction caused by the linking of teachers, students and the community, from the training and application of good practices. Methodologically, it is a descriptive investigation with a quantitative and qualitative approach, inductive - deductive, analytical - synthetic, historical - logical methods. Of a non-experimental type, of a descriptive nature, under the field design. With this, it is obtained that the topics addressed through the training are not of interest to the community, however, the teaching strategies are accepted by the La Chorrera Cantón Pedernales community. In short, the fulfillment of the objective is evidenced through participatory activities from the university for the tourist servers in the solution of problems, the development of linkage projects that are based on the needs of the community is proposed.en-US
dc.descriptionLa investigación tiene como objetivo comprender la sinergia vinculación con la comunidad, el compartir experiencias de aprendizaje por medio de la formación de ambos actores de una sociedad competitiva e innovadora, este trabajo pertenece a los avances desarrollados en el proyecto de vinculación con la sociedad denominado “Fomento al emprendimiento e innovación en las zonas urbanas del cantón Pedernales” en la carrera de Administración de Empresas de la Extensión Pedernales,  y la interacción que ocasiona la vinculación de docentes, estudiantes y comunidad, desde la formación y aplicación de las buenas prácticas. En lo metodológico es una investigación es descriptivo con un enfoque cuantitativo y cualitativo, los métodos inductivos – deductivo, analítico – sintético, histórico – lógico. De tipo no experimental, de carácter descriptivo, bajo el diseño de campo. Con ello se obtiene que los temas abordados por medio de las capacitaciones no son de interés de la comunidad, sin embargo, las estrategias de enseñanzas son aceptadas, por la comunidad La Chorrera Cantón Pedernales. En definitiva, se evidencia el cumplimiento del objetivo a través de actividades participativas desde la universidad para los servidores turísticos en la solución de problemas, se propone el desarrollo de proyectos de vinculación que vayan en función de las necesidades de la comunidad.es-ES
