The application of didactic techniques is very important in the teaching-learning process for the student, there are many didactic and pedagogical strategies in which the teacher must put into practice in this way, it awakens the interest of the student in learning, this work is of qualitative design of systematic review in PubMed, Scielo, Redalyc, Scopus, Latindex, Google academic databases, this allowed obtaining eligible documents. Boolean terms were used for the study variable that were considered to be didactic techniques, in Spanish and English using the terms MeSH, Y/AND, O/OR, NO/NOT. Using the sentences (didactic techniques) AND (teaching learning); OR (teaching learning in high school). Among the results we highlight the traditional techniques and the current ones, so we have what are workshops, summary, debates, conceptual map, case resolution, recreational activities, and gamification, which is a new technique that is used, in addition to tics. It is concluded that the teacher must be updating their knowledge in the application of didactic techniques, always putting them into practice with their students in the classroom.La aplicación de las técnicas didácticas es muy importante en el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje para el alumno existiendo muchas estrategias didácticas y pedagógicas en la que el docente debe de poner en práctica de esta manera le despierta el interés de aprender al alumno, este trabajo es de diseño cualitativo de revisión sistemática en bases de datos PubMed, Scielo, Redalyc, Scopus, Latindex, Google académico, esto permitió obtener documentos elegibles. Se empleo termino booleanos para la variable de estudio que se consideraron fue técnicas didácticas, en castellano e inglés utilizando los termino MeSH, Y/AND, O/OR, NO/NOT. Usando las sentencias (didactic techniques) AND (teaching learning); OR (teaching learning in high school).  Entre los resultados destacamos las técnicas tradicionales y las actuales así tenemos lo que son talleres, resumen, debates, mapa conceptual, resolución de casos, actividades lúdicas, y la gamificación que es una nueva técnica que se emplea, además de los tics. Se concluye que el docente debe de estar actualizando sus conocimientos en la aplicación de las técnicas didácticas poniéndolas siempre en práctica con sus alumnos dentro del aula de clase.
