dc.descriptionSocial inequality is a problem that we find in all spaces and aspects of society, so access to Information and Communication Technologies in the teaching process is not indifferent. In this article we try to demonstrate the inequality that occurs in the teaching and learning process through ICT, how students carry out university activities, one of the problems found is access to information if they do not have networks and technology in the area in which they reside. Carrying out a bibliographic review of the literature, we have been able to determine some of the difficulties, problems and critical knots that arise, so that after reviewing and consulting the information in this regard, we were able to determine very important results that in turn allow us to show several respective recommendations that guide the authorities to take corrective measures and improvements for the sake of education.  en-US
dc.descriptionLa desigualdad social en una problemática que encontramos en todos los espacios y aspectos de la sociedad, es así que en el acceso a las Tecnologías de Información y Comunicación en el proceso de enseñanza no es indiferente. En el presente articulo tratamos de evidenciar la desigualdad que se presenta en el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje mediante las TIC, cómo los estudiantes realizan las actividades universitarias, uno de los problemas hallados es el acceso a la información sino cuentan con redes y tecnología en el área en que residen. Realizando una revisión bibliográfica de la literatura hemos podido determinar algunas de las dificultades, problemáticas y nudos críticos que se presentan, es así que luego de la revisión y consulta de la información al respecto pudimos determinar resultados muy importantes que a su vez nos permiten mostrar varias respectivas recomendaciones que orienten a las autoridades a tomar correctivos y mejoras por el bien de la educación.  es-ES
