The objective of analyzing the challenges of teachers in the teaching of Language and Literature with technology in students with specific educational needs (NEE) post pandemic, arises as an unknown after two years of forced virtuality, to continue with the teaching-learning process in students using innovative tools, designing new pedagogical strategies to strengthen reading, in a dynamic and participatory environment, going back with the management of digital tools will be a disadvantage in education. In this research the methodology applied is qualitative analysis, non-experimental, facing a need with new approaches in education, the proposal is the management of platforms to create content for the classroom as a resource to facilitate and reinforce learning in a digital generation where the teacher must be in constant training and in turn be aware of the fundamental role of a teacher in society from the reality and context of each child.El objetivo de analizar los desafíos de los docentes en la enseñanza de Lengua y Literatura con tecnologías emergentes en los educandos con necesidades educativas específicas (NEE) post pandemia, surge como incógnita luego de dos años de virtualidad obligada, para continuar con el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje en los estudiantes utilizando herramientas innovadoras, diseñando nuevas estrategias pedagógicas para fortalecer la lectura, en un ambiente dinámico y participativo, retroceder con el manejo de herramientas digitales será una desventaja en la educación. En la presente investigación la metodología aplicada es  análisis cualitativo, no experimental frente a una necesidad con nuevos enfoques en la educación la propuesta que se plantea es el manejo de plataformas que permitan crear contenido para el aula como recurso para facilitar y reforzar el aprendizaje en una generación digital donde el profesor debe estar en constante capacitación y a su vez estar consciente del rol fundamental que cumple un docente en la sociedad desde la realidad y contexto de cada infante.
