In the district of Belen in the province of Maynas, Peru, the program of

The population under study was considered to be the participants of the
source segregation program, a sample of 359 participants was taken. The
data collection was done through two Likert scale type instruments, with
22 questions for the quality of service and 12 questions for the level of
satisfaction. The results show a significant relationship between the study
variables, with a Sperman's coefficient of 0.7214, which indicates that
there is a linear, positive and moderate correlation between the level of
service quality and the level of satisfaction of program participants. This
shows that the level of satisfaction of the participants is directly affected by
the quality of the service provided, thus proving the general hypothesis. Tesis
