Resumen
The mining auriferous holy Company Rosa S.A. COMARSA goes I end the
take-off of the mineral by means of blowing-up with HEAVY METAL ANFO and
gasified emulsion SAN G. The nature of the warehouses of mineral is
characterized by the low metallic content of low law and the interleaving of small
bodies mineralizados in a big mass of sterile material, which has led the highly
selective mined one. This fact converts COMARSA, in spite of his productive
increases, into a very vulnerable operation to any increase of his operational
costs or to the decrease of the price of the metals. The consequence of the
notable factors, it is the increase of the operative costs, as the process of blowingup
due to a major consumption of explosive, such it is so the results obtained up
to the current importance do not expire with the planned aims, this due to the high
factor of power that has product of the increase of diameter of reel, also because
one does not rely on a study geo mechanically that it should allow to delimit the
type of rock for zones or banks and a design of load to be established adapted
since often is observed that in banks of soft rock the drills load to the same height
that in banks with average rock, producing undue projections of rocks, increase
of the vibrations causing instability of the banks, likewise is observed that in the
granulometry it is not adapted in zones where the hardness is major, having like
proved the formation of irregular blocks that impede the performance of the
equipment carguío and I transport. To solve the above mentioned problem the
use of air chambers was implemented in explosive column that they allowed to
optimize the process of blowing-up using 23 kg less explosive, diminishing the
factor of power of 0,39 kg/TM for traditional drill to 0.33 kg/TM for drill with air
chamber, likewise the fragmentation of mineral was improved on having reduced
the size of 4.83 pulg to 3.84 pulg, facilitating notably the operations of carguío
and transport; the cost diminished from 0,28 to 0.24 US$/TM, meaning a saving
order of 14.3 %.
pulg a 3.84 pulg, facilitando notablemente las operaciones de carguío y transporte;
14.3%. Tesis
