Resumen
Objetivo, determinar los factores predisponentes y la frecuencia de consumo de vitaminas durante la pandemia Covid-19 en los pacientes que acuden al Centro de Salud Baños del Inca - Cajamarca, 2022. Metodología, el tipo de investigación fue básica, transversal, prospectiva y observacional; el diseño no experimental descriptivo. Población, pacientes que asistieron al Centro de Salud; muestra fue de 120 pacientes, no probabilística por conveniencia. El instrumento fue una encuesta, con dos cuestionarios. Resultados, los factores predisponentes, son favorable en un 95.8% y desfavorable en un 4.2%; la frecuencia de consumo fue la vitamina C en un 62.5%. Conclusión, los factores predisponentes y frecuencia de consumo de vitaminas durante la pandemia Covid-19, son favorables en un 95.8% y la frecuencia de consumo la vitamina C con un 62.5% Objective, to determine the predisposing factors and the frequency of vitamin intake during the Covid-19 pandemic in patients attending the Baños del Inca Health Center - Cajamarca, 2022. Conclusion, the predisposing factors and frequency of consumption of vitamins during the Covid-19 pandemic are favorable in 95.8% and the frequency of consumption was vitamin C with 62.5%.
