Evaluación del microorganismo degradador de hidrocarburos en suelos contaminados en Jabonillal - Talara 2021

Resumen
Biodiversidad, cambio climático y calidad ambiental Vida submarina Lima Este Escuela de Ingeniería Ambiental Gestión de Riesgos y Adaptación al Cambio Climático Innovación tecnológica y desarrollo sostenible La Zona de Jabonillal es un área de extracción de hidrocarburos del petróleo,
presentando problemas de contaminación ambiental, principalmente en el suelo,
pero a la vez representa un hábitat en el que algunos tipos de microorganismos se
han adaptado para crecer, usando como sustrato los hidrocarburos totales del
petróleo (THP). En ese sentido, la investigación busca evaluar el microorganismo
degradador de hidrocarburos en el suelo contaminado de la zona, a través del
desarrollo de algunas actividades, como: primero, analizar la situación del suelo a
través de la observación; luego, realizar análisis de laboratorio de unas muestras de
suelo para determinar los microorganismos degradadores de hidrocarburos; y
finalmente, determinar la eficiencia del microorganismo degradador de
hidrocarburos más abundante en el suelo. Por lo tanto, se evidenció que el suelo de
la zona está contaminado con hidrocarburos totales de petróleo; siendo los
microorganismos más abundantes Methylobacterium sp. en mayor proporción y
Phyllobacterium myrsinacearum en menor proporción; sin embargo, el primero
presento mayor capacidad de degradación de THP en el suelo llegando a una
eficiencia de 85.34% en los 12 primeros días, subiendo un 0.02% a los 14 y 16 días.
