Propuesta de implementación de un sistema de gestión de mantenimiento centrado en la confiabilidad en una planta de producción de productos laminados de zinc para reducir costos por mantenimiento

Resumen
Campus Lima Centro Mediante la presente monografía se despliega la metodología del mantenimiento centrado en
la confiabilidad RCM como propuesta para atacar la problemática en el mantenimiento de los
equipos de la planta de producción de productos laminados de zinc que presentan altos costos
por mantenimiento y alto índice de fallas.
Con el fin de analizar la situación del mantenimiento en la planta, se diagnostica la situación
actual del departamento de mantenimiento, se recopila información de los costos de los tipos
de mantenimiento, se analiza los equipos críticos y la causa raíz que origina el problema y el
impacto económico que afecta los intereses de la planta.
Para la evaluación de la causa raíz y las causas que afectan la gestión se utilizan herramientas
de análisis como diagrama de Ishikawa y diagrama de Pareto, se especifican los modos de
falla y sus efectos y las consecuencias de cada modo de falla haya lugar para definir las tareas
de mantenimiento necesarias para que el equipo desempeñe su función para el cual fue
diseñada.
Para alcanzar a la solución de esta problemática se evalúa la viabilidad de la propuesta
determinando los costos de los equipos tecnológicos, el software de mantenimiento y el
personal técnico que tendrá a cargo la realización de las actividades de la propuesta.
Finalmente, se elabora el diseño de la metodología RCM, técnicas de aplicación, indicadores
de gestión y herramientas de análisis para la evaluación de los problemas que afectan los
problemas en los equipos.
