Resumen
Cajamarca El objetivo de este trabajo es realizar una revisión sistemática de la literatura científica; durante el periodo 2010 a 2020, que informen sobre aspectos relacionados a la comunicación organizacional y el desempeño laboral en las empresas. Refiriendo a la comunicación organizacional como el sistema que integra las diversas formas, procesos y estructura formal de la empresa; y al desempeño laboral como el nivel de ejecución alcanzado por el trabajador en el logro de las metas propuestas por la organización; Se destaca la importancia que las empresas han dado a la gestión de su recurso humano y como mediante el empleo de estrategias comunicativas, buscan mejorar el bienestar general de sus empleados para incrementar sus niveles de desempeño y proyectar una imagen corporativa positiva.
La metodología utilizada para la investigación es una “revisión sistemática de la literatura científica”, la localización del material bibliográfico se realizó a través de las bases de datos: Google Académico, Redalyc, Dialnet, Scielo, y en repositorios académicos. Se seleccionaron 28 estudios según criterios de inclusión y conforme al objetivo de la revisión.
Se concluye que los estudios indican que ambas variables se relacionan en cualquier tipo de empresa, estos resaltan que la gestión asertiva de la comunicación organizacional genera confianza e identificación en los colaboradores, lo cual se ve reflejado en su desempeño y en el logro de las metas institucionales.
