Prueba biológica de cribado para detectar residuos de antibióticos en leche bovina

Resumen
El trabajo de investigación se realizó en el laboratorio de Microbiología de la Facultad de Medicina Veterinaria y Zootecnia de la Universidad Nacional del Altiplano, ubicada a una altitud de 3827 m.s.n.m.; el cual tuvo el objetivo de realizar una prueba biológica de cribado, para detectar residuos de antibióticos en leche fresca así como determinar la bacteria más sensible a una concentración mínima inhibitoria de tres tipos de antibióticos, de igual manera se determinó la sensibilidad, especificidad, valor predictivo positivo y negativo de la prueba microbiológica. Se utilizó el método experimental, para lo cual se cultivaron bacterias sensibles (Bacillus subtilis, Streptococcus thermophilus y Lactobacillus bulgaricus) en leche fresca, con cantidades conocidas de antibióticos (penicilinas, tilosina y oxitetraciclina) añadiendo un indicador colorimétrico, el cual fue púrpura de bromocresol 0.1% cultivándolas durante 24 H a 37°C. Se determinó que el Bacillus subtilis es la bacteria más sensible a los antibióticos, pudiendo ser sensible a concentraciones iguales a los LMR de penicilinas (4ug/Kg), oxitetraciclina (100ug/Kg) y tilosina (50ug/Kg); esta prueba microbiológica tuvo una sensibilidad mayor a 93.3%, una especificidad del 96.7%, y un valor predictivo positivo y negativo igual a 96.7%. Utilizando la prueba biológica propuesta se determinó la presencia de residuos de antibióticos en un porcentaje de 20.8% en leche vendida en los mercados de la ciudad de Puno.
