Factores asociados a la anemia posparto en pacientes puérperas del Hospital de Contingencia Antonio Lorena, 2018 – 2019

Resumen
El objetivo del presente trabajo de investigación es establecer los factores asociados a la anemia post parto en el Hospital de Contingencia Antonio Lorena, 2018 – 2019. Se realizó un estudio analítico, retrospectivo, transversal de tipo caso – control. Se investiga si estuvieron expuestos o no a un determinado factor de riesgo y/o de protección. El tamaño de muestra resulta de 167. Con 56 casos y 112 control los que se seleccionaron de forma aleatoria. De las 23 variables estudiadas se encontraron como factores de riesgo: la variable primiparidad (P = 0.0473, OR=1.9333, IC: 1.0080 - 3.7081), variable sangrado desde la cavidad del útero (P < 0.0001, OR=5.3222, IC: 2.6193 - 10.8167), complicación durante y/o posparto (P < 0.0001, OR=5.1951, IC: 2.5371 - 10.6380); como factores de protección: vía baja de parto (vaginal) (P = 0.0051, OR=0.3851, IC: 0.1975 - 0.7511), grado de instrucción superior (P = 0.0452, OR=0.4570, IC: 0.2128 - 0.9836). Llegando a las siguientes conclusiones: la primiparidad, sangrado desde la cavidad del útero, complicación durante y/o posparto son factores de riesgo asociados a la anemia posparto, vía baja de parto (vaginal), grado de instrucción superior, son factores de protección asociados a la anemia posparto.
