Resumen
El presente trabajo tuvo como finalidad realizar un análisis comparativo técnico-económico del diseño de pavimentos estabilizados con emulsión asfáltica y cemento Portland en los tramos 7 y 8 del proyecto “Servicio de Gestión, Mejoramiento y Conservación Vial por Niveles de Servicio del Corredor Vial: “Dv. Humajalso - Desaguadero y Tacna - Tarata - Capazo - Mazocruz”, que conectan los departamentos de Puno y Tacna. Para lograr dicho objetivo se elaboró un conjunto de propuestas a través de la información recolectada durante la etapa de estudios preliminares que contiene información relevante sobre el tráfico, propiedades de la subrasante, condiciones climatológicas, cargas, fuentes de agua, evaluación de canteras, recursos disponibles, entre otros. En relación a la evaluación técnica, se propuso una estrategia de avance gradual que inició evaluando la factibilidad de diseño y continuó con la ejecución del tramo de prueba; posteriormente, se realizó la evaluación estructural y se culminó con la evaluación económica.
Análogamente, la evaluación económica muestra el análisis de costos unitarios para las actividades involucradas en el tramo de prueba, los metrados de los tramos en cuestión y el costo total de cada solución propuesta; para finalmente evaluar la propuesta más atractiva. Tesis
