Uso de Sonda Foley Transcervical en Cuellos Uterinos Desfavorables-Oxitocina para la Inducción del Parto en Embarazos a Término en el Hospital Nacional Carlos Alberto Seguin Escobedo ESSALUD de Julio a Octubre 2019. Arequipa

Resumen
El objetivo del estudio será valorar la efectividad del uso de sonda Foley más oxitocina
como método de inducción del trabajo de parto en pacientes que presentan cuellos
uterinos desfavorables en el Hospital Nacional Carlos Alberto Seguin Escobedo
ESSALUD Arequipa. Se realizara un estudio descriptivo, prospectivo, observacional,
transversal. Las pacientes serán evaluadas previamente y en el aspecto ginecológico
específico para este caso mediante el test de Bishop.
Se incluirán pacientes tributarias de inducción de trabajo de parto con cérvix
desfavorable. Se excluirán gestantes con ruptura prematura de membranas, placenta de
inserción baja, o vasos previos, cesárea previa, desproporción céfalo pélvica, presentación
de nalgas, restricción del crecimiento intrauterino, alteración del bienestar fetal grave y
con registro tocográfico alterado. Se estudiaran 100 pacientes; que vendría a ser el 25%
del cálculo de la muestra presentada. Se incluirá la tasa de fracasos y cuyo embarazo
termina en cesáreas. Se incluirán el porcentaje de partos vaginales logrados al cabo de 48
horas, se presentaran los casos de hiperestimulación uterina, efectos adversos, datos del
recién nacido en cuanto al peso y al Apgar.
Conclusión, en nuestro medio, en pacientes con cérvix desfavorable que son tributarias
de inducción del trabajo de parto se debería considerar el uso de sonda Foley más
oxitocina como método de elección.
