Resumen
Determina el grado de reproducibilidad de la posición natural de la cabeza (PNC) en fotografias de perfil utilizando tres métodos de registro fotográficos y la concordancia de método entre estos. Los participantes en este estudio son 100 estudiantes de 18 a 28 años de edad con biotipo mesofacial y perfil recto; donde cada participante es fotografiado en 4 tiempos distintos con los tres métodos distintos. La reproducibilidad de la PNC y concordancia de método se evalúa mediante la comparación del ángulo entre la línea E de Ricketts y la vertical verdadera (VV) utilizando el software AutoCAD. Para analizar los resultados se analiza la desviación estándar, el coeficiente de Dahlberg, el coeficiente de reproducibilidad y la correlación de Pearson. Los resultados de los 3 métodos de registro fotográfico de la PNC resultan ser adecuados sin diferencias estadísticamente significativas. El método más reproducible en un tiempo corto es el del espejo (Coef. Dahlberg 1.03°) y mediano tiempo el método de autobalance más espejo es el más reproducible (Coef. Dahlberg 1.09°) se obtiene una buena concordancia de métodos entre los métodos de autobalance y autobalance más espejo (Coef. Dahlberg 1.88°). Para evaluar la reproducibilidad, el coeficiente de reproducibilidad y su correspondiente representación gráfica son los más apropiados. Esto proporciona un intervalo suficientemente amplio (95%) para permitir una evaluación clínica suficiente del método en comparación con el coeficiente de Dahlberg, que representa un intervalo del 52%.
