Incidencia y factores que favorecen la endemia de equinococcosis quística de ovinos bajo crianza familiar en Canchayllo 2019

RESUMEN
El Objetivo de la investigación desarrollada fue determinar la incidencia y los factores que favorecen la endemia de equinococosis quística por órgano, edad y sexo bajo crianza familiar de ovinos en el distrito de Canchayllo provincia de Jauja región Junín en el año 2019. Metodología: Se empleó como método general el método científico y el método inductivo-deductivo, así mismo, se utilizó el método analítico y sintético a fin de estudiar sus partes de forma individual (análisis), para posteriormente integrarlas y estudiarlas holísticamente (síntesis). Resultados: La prevalencia de equinococcosis quística en ovinos beneficiados en el Camal Frigorífico Pachacayo 2019 es 45.4%. Por edades la prevalencia de la enfermedad es de 31.8% para 1-2 años, 1.8% para 2-3 años, 6.6% para 4-5 años y 5.2% para 5-6 años. Por sexo la prevalencia es de 12.8% para hembras y 32.6% en machos. En cuanto a la prevalencia en órganos 31.6% se localizaron en el pulmón y 26.8% en el hígado, mostrando mayor prevalencia de hidatidosis en el pulmón. En cuanto a los factores que favorecen la endemia tenemos que el 76.6% de la población no recogen las heces de sus perros, similar a la pregunta si los recogen en el campo de pastoreo; 32.8% de pobladores no desparasitan a sus perros; 51.8% no buscan la asistencia del Médico Veterinario; el 10% no asiste a charlas sobre hidatidosis; 15.8% refiere haber alimentado al perro con vísceras; 86.4% refieren que no sería posible que el contacto del perro con el ganado contagia la hidatidosis; 84.6% refiere que no sería posible desarrollar la actividad ganadera sin la presencia de perros; 60.6% asegura que no tiene la seguridad de que sus perros hayan comido órganos con quistes hidatídicos; El 100% de hogares tiene perros; un 76.8 % refiere que sus perros ingresan a su corral; el 13.2% aseguran que los perros son los únicos culpables del contagio de la hidatidosis; 6% de pobladores benefician a su ganado en casa. Conclusiones: La incidencia de equinococosis quística en ovinos en la población de Canchayllo es de 9.4/100 000 con respecto al año 2017, el órgano con mayor prevalencia de quistes hidatídicos es el pulmón y los factores que favorecen la endemia están relacionados a las actitudes de los pobladores puesto que está demostrado que conocen de la enfermedad, mostrándose vulnerables en las prácticas cotidianas. Recomendaciones: Es importante los cambios culturales que son complicados y necesitan de esfuerzos multisectoriales, y siendo el perro un aliado indispensable en la ganadería alto andina con pastoreo a campo abierto, entonces es elemental tomar medidas estrictas en cuanto a su control sanitario y tenencia responsable, sin vulnerar el bienestar social de la población de Canchayllo.
