Resumen
La presente investigación describe la “Implementación de un Modelo Analítico no
Supervisado para la Predicción de Fallas en Camiones Fábrica del Servicio Integral de
Voladura de EXSA Ubicados en la Mina Yanacocha”. Como precedente, se basó los
cambios en la teoría del mantenimiento que se viene realizando en la actualidad, ha
motivado esta investigación, en la cual se busca aminorar costos en repuestos y tener
mayor disponibilidad en las máquinas. Este se vio reflejado dentro de la gestión de
mantenimiento que se tenía en la empresa EXSA con sus camiones fábrica.
El diseño para la implementación de la tesis se realizó en 4 partes, desarrollándose
primero el análisis de criticidad, obteniendo los equipos más críticos; luego el diseño y
gestión de un sistema de telemetría, con el cual se realizó la recaudación de datos del
camión; el modelo de datos, para que el ingreso a nuestro modelo analítico sea más
eficiente y finalmente el diseño del modelo analítico no supervisado para la predicción de
fallas.
Después de haber ejecutado los objetivos propuestos, cada uno sometidos a pruebas
específicas; validación de modelo de criticidad, transferencia y calidad de datos,
confianza, soporte y elevación de las predicciones de nuestro modelo analítico. Se validó
en un 100% el modelo de criticidad, donde se obtuvo que los sistemas propuestos son los
más críticos, se logró el correcto funcionamiento del sistema de telemetría, con un 100%
de eficacia, pudiendo rastrear al camión fábrica en tiempo real durante su funcionamiento
en mina, así mismo, se comprobó la transferencia de datos a la plataforma web y se obtuvo
un 100% en la calidad de datos, según el patrón propuesto, y 43 predicciones, con una
confianza máxima del 100%, soporte máximo de 5,435% y elevación máxima del 4,6%,
