| dc.description | ABSTRACT
We investigated the antioxidant effect of nectar with prunus persica licopersicum esculentum (NLEPP) in human erythrocyte membranes. The lipid peroxidation was induced in human eritrociticas membranes using hydrogen peroxide in the presence of NLEPP, the production of malondialdehyde (MDA) was the indicator of lipid peroxidation. He prepared four different proportions of nectar (25% licopersicum esculentum with 75% prunus persica, 50% licopersicum esculentum with 50% prunus persica, 75% licopersicum esculentum with 25% prunus persica, and 100% licopersicum esculentum). The results confirm that the NLEPP, possesses antioxidant effect in human erythrocyte membranes. Besides nectar based 50% of licopersicum esculentum with 50% of Prunus persica, had the highest antioxidant effect. | |

Se investigó el efecto antioxidante del néctar de licopersicum esculentum con prunus persica (NLEPP) en membranas eritrocíticas humanas. La lipoperoxidación fue inducido en membranas eritrocíticas humanas usando peróxido de hidrogeno, en presencia del NLEPP; la producción de malondialdehído (MDA) fue el indicador de lipoperoxidación. Se preparó cuatro proporciones diferentes de néctar (25% néctar de licopersicum esculentum con 75% néctar de prunus persica, 50% néctar de licopersicum esculentum con 50% néctar de prunus persica, 75% néctar licopersicum esculentum con 25% néctar de prunus persica, y 100% néctar licopersicum esculentum). Los resultados confirman que el NLEPP, posee acción antioxidante en membranas eritrocíticas humanas. Además el néctar a base de 50% de licopersicum esculentum con 50% de prunus persica, presentó el mayor efecto antioxidante. | |
