| dc.description | En la presente investigación busco responder al cuestionamiento respecto a, por un lado, a cómo debe producirse válidamente la manifestación de la voluntad por medios electrónicos y, por otro lado, a establecer mecanismos de protección para los consumidores que garanticen, en primer término el cumplimiento de las condiciones de oferta de productos o servicios contratados vía internet y, en el caso de incumplirse, sobre cuáles serían los mecanismos de reclamación y resarcimiento de los daños y perjuicios ocasionados con dicho incumplimiento. | |
