Edificio híbrido cultural en un contexto de valor histórico en el Rímac

Resumen
El tema se ubica en el campo de la arquitectura participativa y contextual, relacionándolas
para proponer un proyecto integral que converse con los lenguajes existentes del contexto de
valor histórico en el Rímac, involucrando a los mismos usuarios para proyectar un edificio
híbrido que contenga vivienda, comercio y cultura como uso predominante, destinado no solo
a familias típicas sino a un usuario cuyas necesidades sociales y económicas están en
desarrollo y puedan ir creciendo con la ciudad, por ende requieren espacios prácticos para
vivir donde puedan generar sus propios ingresos, relacionarse socialmente y logren
conectarse con su identidad cultural.
El proyecto se emplaza colindante a los límites del centro histórico de Lima en el Rímac,
es un distrito que aún conserva un estilo arquitectónico marcado representado por recintos,
calles, plazuelas, alamedas e iglesias que se contextualiza con una gran variedad de
edificaciones históricas. En el distrito convergen flujos comerciales y migratorios, además de
poseer como conexión una vía metropolitana importante como la vía Panamericana Norte y
entre todo cuenta con la presencia del Río Rímac. Tesis
