Resumen
La investigación tiene como objetivo conocer los factores maternos en la ruptura prematura de membranas en gestantes pretermino y los resultados neonatales en el Hospital Docente De Medicina Tropical Julio César Demarini Caro, La Merced – Junín, 2016. El estudio es descriptivo, retrospectivo y transversal. La muestra 36 gestantes con ruptura prematura de membranas. Los resultados obtenidos son:
Los factores biológicos paridad p-valor (0,000) y los procesos infecciosos p-valor (0,005) se asocia como factor de riesgo a la ruptura prematura de membranas, mientras que los demás factores como edad p-valor (0,072), edad gestacional p-valor (0,085), antecedentes reproductivos p-valor (0,779) no se asocian como factor de riesgo para ruptura prematura de membranas.
En cuanto a los factores sociales lugar de residencia p-valor (0,064), violencia familiar p-valor (0,789), hábitos p-valor (0,760), estado civil p- valor (0,533), grado de instrucción p-valor (0,555), servicios básicos p- valor (0,087) no se relacionan como factor de riesgo en la ruptura prematura de membranas.
Referente a los resultados neonatales. El apgar p-valor (0,661), talla p- valor (0,779), peso del recién nacido p-valor (0,580) no se asocian de manera significativa con la ruptura prematura de membranas.
Al aplicar la prueba no paramétrica Rho de Spearman a las variables muestra que los factores biológicos maternos se asocian con los resultados neonatales, el valor p= 0,000.
Al aplicar la prueba no paramétrica Rho de Spearman a las variables muestra que los factores sociales maternos no se asocian con los resultados neonatales, el valor p= 0,378.
La conclusión que se arribo fue que los factores maternos de gestantes pretermino no están asociados en la ruptura prematura de membranas y los resultados neonatales de manera significativa. Tesis
