The purpose of this investigation was focused on knowing the Constitutional Law of the Panamanian focused on the importance of the criminal investigation. It was investigated in different websites and virtual libraries, to expand the content of this study, until the importance of this research was understood. It was possible to deepen the study of the branch of public law whose main objective of study is the fundamental laws of a state, especially its Constitution.El propósito de esta investigación se centró en conocer el Derecho Constitucional panameño enfocado en la importancia de la investigación penal. Se investigó en diferentes sitios web y bibliotecas virtuales, para ampliar el contenido de este estudio, hasta llegar al comprender la importancia de esta investigación. Se logró profundizar en el estudio de la rama del derecho público cuyo principal objetivo de estudio son las leyes fundamentales de un estado singularmente de su constitución.
