dc.descriptionThis article exposes on the reforms of the Political Constitution of the Republic of Panama, proposed in 2019, where changes and modifications to the single text of our Magna Carta were proposed. The initiative was approved by the National Concertation for Development, and proposed to the Assembly by the Executive Body, with preliminary reports of citizen consultation before the National Asamblea ,starting with debates and discussions on October 28, 2019. The sources acquired for the development of this document were obtained from expert interviews, website, news and virtual library. Taking us to know about the nonconformity of civil society, before the document approved in the first debate by a Constitutional Act.en-US
dc.descriptionEste artículo expone sobre las Reformas de la Constitución Política de la República de Panamá, propuestas en el año 2019, donde fueron planteados cambios y modificaciones al texto único de nuestra Carta Magna. La iniciativa fue aprobada por la Concertación Nacional para el Desarrollo, y propuesto a la Asamblea por el Órgano Ejecutivo, con informes preliminares de consulta ciudadana ante la Asamblea Nacional, dando inicio con debates y discusiones el 28 de octubre del año 2019. Las fuentes adquiridas para el desarrollo de este documento, se obtuvieron de entrevistas de expertos, páginas web, noticias y bibliotecas virtuales. La recopilación de esta información, nos llevó a conocer sobre las inconformidades de la sociedad civil, ante el documento aprobado en primer debate por un Acto Constitucional.es-ES
