| dc.description | The article aims to show the calculation of the gross national income in dollars using the World Bank Atlas method. It is a quantitative study, used a series of time from 2013 to 2017. Estimates show a growth of the GNP per capita of the 4.3% average annual. In this same period the per capita consumption of households grew 3.5% per year. The type of change estimated with the Atlas method has a more stable than the nominal exchange rate evolution. The technique estimates the last three average exchange rate periods adjusted by the difference between the rate of inflation in the country and the United States. | en-US |
| dc.description | El artículo tiene como objetivo mostrar el cálculo del Ingreso Nacional Bruto en dólares mediante el Método Atlas del Banco Mundial. Es un estudio cuantitativo, se utiliza una serie de tiempo del 2013 al 2017. Las estimaciones muestran un crecimiento del PNB per cápita del 4.3% promedio anual. En este mismo periodo el consumo per cápita de los hogares creció 3.5% anual. El tipo de cambio estimado con el método Atlas tiene una evolución más estable que el tipo de cambio nominal. La técnica estima un tipo de cambio promedio de los últimos tres periodos ajustados por la diferencia entre la tasa de inflación del país y la de Estados Unidos. | es-ES |
