The reflections built through every paragraph of this paper try to answer different questions concerning the many and varied jurisdictional tensions that involve the subject in analysis. Indeed, there are some complex situations (serious episodes that typifies these crimes) affecting the full operativity of international human rights norms, whose sanction is abided by the circumstances of the punitive system.Las reflexiones que cimientan cada párrafo de este trabajo, intentan responder a distintas preguntas que indagan las muchas y variadas tensiones jurisdiccionales involucradas al tema en análisis. Efectivamente, complejas situaciones (gravísimos episodios que tipifican estos crímenes) son las que afectan la operatividad de las normas internacionales de derechos humanos, cuya sanción está sujeta a las circunstancias que presenta la aplicación del sistema punitivo.
