Resumen
This document highlights the institutional framework for addressing climate change in Suriname's agricultural sector. Wich is vulnerable to climate impacts, with arable land, water resources, and biodiversity already under pressure. The inventory summarizes public policy instruments, programs or projects, institutions, and coordination mechanisms promoting low-carbon, climate-resilient agriculture. The study intends to provide a starting point for those seeking to act or invest in addressing climate change in agriculture and to identify areas for greater coordination and collaboration, serving as a dynamic baseline that stakeholders can periodically update based on the evolving experiences and context in the country.
