This essay results from the analysis of diverse authors to support the dissertation Internet’s socio-cultural process on non-specialized persons (NSP): the support of daily routines. Internet is used differently according to how it supports people’s daily routines. The concepts developed by the authors allow the deconstruction of Internet’s socio-cultural process in order to analyze it. The changes caused by digital media may be compared with the consequences brought by the development of the printing press. El ensayo resulta de un análisis de diversos autores para apoyar la investigación El proceso sociocultural de Internet en las personas no especializadas (PNE): el apoyo en las rutinas cotidianas. Internet es usado de manera diferente de acuerdo con la forma en que apoya las rutinas cotidianas de las personas. Los conceptos abordados por los autores permiten deconstruir el proceso sociocultural de Internet para analizarlo. Los cambios que traen los medios digitales permiten compararlos con los efectos causados por el desarrollo de la imprenta.
