Resumen
This work addresses the topic of structural rulings in comparative constitutional law, which are a type or ruling increasingly used by Constitutional Courts and Tribunals, and by regional protective jurisdictions. In particular, this investigation analyses the structural rulings of the Constitutional Chamber of the Supreme Court of Costa Rica related with the human right to health, prison overcrowding and civil servants’ designations.
