In a society living in immediacy and sinking into materialism, time is increasingly overshadowed by its intangible nature as content of life and law. Only taken into account as a legal fact that is a source of rights and obligations, this study seeks to deepen into the rationale of the time in Law, not only as a root of law and justice, but as law and justice themselves, analyzed as a possible subjective right and a legally protected interest, within a multidisciplinary perspective aimed at raising new questions about the essence of time for humans and the Body of Laws.En una sociedad que vive en la inmediatez y se sume en el materialismo, el tiempo queda cada vez más relegado por su carácter intangible como contenido de la vida y del Derecho. Solamente tenido en cuenta como hecho jurídico fuente de derechos y obligaciones, este estudio pretende profundizar en la razón de ser del tiempo en la Ley no sólo como origen de legalidad y justicia, sino como legalidad y justicia en sí mismo analizado como posible derecho subjetivo y bien jurídico en una perspectiva multidisciplinar y encaminada a plantear nuevas cuestiones sobre la esencia del tiempo para el ser humano y para el Ordenamiento Jurídico.
