The objective of this essay is to analyze how the technological developments taking place in the twenty-first century significantly affect the way we perceive the fundamental rights. We will analyze the meaning of Bioethics, when and how this concept was originated, its scope and limitations, and the application of its principles by the operators of the Human Rights discourseEl presente trabajo tendrá como propósito analizar como los avances tecnológicos que se están dando en el siglo XXI influyen de manera importante en la manera de cómo concebimos los derechos fundamentales.
