dc.description | The coaching has been one of the managerial techniques that has had a great peak like competitive weapon in the international managerial sector in the last decades, that which motivated to analyze the coaching, from a perspective epistemológica, with the purpose of knowing its theoretical and scientific basement. For that which was carried out a theoretical revision on this technical, determining their ontologic, gnoseologic and axiologic perspective. We concluded that the coaching has been come using to transfer elements from the sport area to the managerial area, in search of alternatives that contribute to improve the organizational activities; however, the same one doesn’t contain theoretical-scientific rigurosidad, like to be consideredas paradigm or it disciplines. | en-US |
dc.description | El coaching es una de las técnicas gerenciales que ha alcanzado un gran auge como arma competitiva en el sector empresarial internacional en las últimas décadas. Esto motivó el análisis del coaching, desde una perspectiva epistemológica, con la finalidad de conocer su basamento teórico y científico. Se realizó una revisión teórica sobre dicha técnica, determinando su perspectiva ontológica, gnoseológica y axiológica. Se concluyó que el coaching utiliza y traslada elementos del área deportiva al área empresarial, como una búsqueda de alternativas que contribuyan a mejorar las actividades organizacionales. Sin embargo, la misma no contiene rigurosidad teóricocientífica, como para considerarse como paradigma o disciplina. | es-ES |
