"El propósito de esta tesis es analizar desde las distintas perspectivas teóricas el fenómeno migratorio de los países del TNCA hacia los Estados Unidos, así como la deliberación de cómo puede ubicarse un concepto como el de justicia global en torno a este fenómeno con el fin de contribuir al conocimiento que se necesita para producir un contexto de migración dada ‘’de manera ordenada para salvaguardar los derechos humanos de los migrantes, impedir la explotación por parte de los intermediarios y entidades contratantes y evitar conflictos con las poblaciones de acogida. ‘’ (Castles, S. 2000, p.30). Con esto se pretende responder a las preguntas: 1) ¿Es posible afirmar que existe una
condición de justicia global en el sistema migratorio del TNCA, México y Estados Unidos?; 2) ¿Cómo ha sido la respuesta de México y Estados Unidos ante este fenómeno en cuestión de seguridad humana y derechos humanos? 3) ¿Por qué México -que es por costumbre un país expulsor de migrantes hacia los Estados Unidos- ha tendido al uso de políticas de
contención migratoria contra los migrantes provenientes del TNCA? 4) ¿Qué impide avanzar hacia condiciones de mayor justicia global?".
